Sri Vishwesha Swamiji of Pejawar Math inaugurated Sri Nidhi Apartments, a residential project of Sri Nidhi Properties at Kukkikatte on Wednesday, April 25.
Addressing the gathering, Pejawar Swamiji said, “Everyone dreams to own a house. There is a problem of accommodation in the city. Buying a site is a big challenge in Udupi. Providing an apartment is a good service. Let all grow with the God's grace. I wish all the very best.”
He blessed Krishna Raj Tantry managing director of Sri Nidhi Properties and his family.
Srinidhi Properties launches its dream project in Dubai (udayavanienglish.com, Oct 03, 2014)
The first dream project of Srinidhi Properties, ‘Srinidhi Apartments’ being built at Diana Theater MGM Road Kukikatte, Udupi was launched at Dubai Grand Hotel in Dubai on Friday September 26.
It is a dream project of Krishna Raj Tantry which was launched earlier in Udupi with laying of Foundation Stone on July 11 by Vidyaprasanna Tirtha Swamiji, Subrahmanya Math and expected to complete by December 2015.
Vittall Shetty, Kannadiga from Dubai welcomed the gathering and guests and briefly explained the launching of the project.
The Managing Director of the Srinidhi Apartments then gave the detailed info of the project. He said that the Apartment Project consisting of 4 blocks is very ideally situated location and convenient to Schools, Colleges, Hospitals both Manipal and Udupi and close proximity to Udupi Maths, Church, Railway Station and other important locations and amenities.

Srinidhi Properties first project, Srinidhi Apartments’ built at MGM Road Kukikatte, Udupi was launched in Dubai at Dubai Grand Hotel amidst dignitaries and media representatives on Friday the 26th September 2014.
The foundation stone was laid at the site in Udupi on July 11, 2014. The project is expected to be completed by December 2015. The project is promoted by Krishna Raj Tantry.

Srinidhi Properties launches its first project in city (Daijiworld, July 11th 2014)
The first dream project of Srinidhi Properties, 'Srinidhi Apartments' was launched and blessed by Sri Vidya Prasannateertha Swamiji of Kukke Subramanya on Friday July 11 near Diana Talkies, MGM Road, Kukikatte.
After launching the project, the Swamiji said that he knew Tantry family since long and lauded the late K R Sripathy Tantry's son Krishna Raj Tantry for making his father's dream a reality.He said, "Agriculture and constructing houses were profitable during the olden days; but today the construction business has risen to greater heights."
Swamiji wished that the project becomes a new landmark in the city.
